#31: How Does Heat Impact Hop Drying?

It’s been well established that the essential components responsible for hop aroma start to burn off at high temperatures.  Where does the impact begin, and what can be done to keep as much aroma intact as possible?  This week we discuss a study that we undertook to better understand the impact of heat at various levels of hop drying.  It’s science time!
