Spent Grain are the leftovers from the mash during the brewing process. The funnel cone at the bottom of the tanks you see in the brewery? Full of spent grain. It’s the concentrated extras that you don’t want in the final product but have other uses. In our “b sides” – which we have labeled as Spent Grain – you’ll hear Gregg and James review the prior episodes, inserting additional commentary and perhaps some silliness along the way.
