The practical application of scientific principles to the art of hop agriculture and brewing science
As I’ve been re-listening to all the podcasts and actually taking notes this time and I am wondering if you plan to talk in more detail about the actual construction of a drying bed?
I believe food grade aluminum was mentioned but what would you recommend the floor of the bed be made of? Some sort of mesh? Also how would you ‘connect’ the fan to the bed? Build some sort of funnel from the bed down to the size of the fan intake that is air tight?
Thanks!
